The inventor and persona of Karl Müller
The book "Swissness" acknowledges Karl Müller as one of the most important Swiss inventors.
The author depicts Müller as an unconventional entrepreneur. In the mid-90s he abandoned the preconception that a shoe must guide and support the foot. True to his motto "Nothing is impossible", he always challenges common principles and strives to overcome any obstacles. Müller's success with his debut project MBT did not stop there; he wanted to break new ground. In 2006, Müller decided to break away from MBT. After years of research, he managed to capture the feeling of "walk-on-air" with the kyBoot. This has put Müller one step ahead of his adversaries again.
With the establishment of a kyBoot production facility in the Rhine Valley, the kybun concept is now firmly 100% "Swiss made". This has rightly confirmed Karl Müller's status as one of the most renowned Swiss names.
