Musicians often suffer from pain

08.05.2015

Professional musicians practise with their instrument for several hours every day. They often do this in an unnatural posture, resulting in tension and pain.

The violinist Cetin Köksal knows this problem all too well. He spent years living with occupational health problems. He tried gymnastics, physiotherapy and relaxation exercises to combat the pain, but to no avail. The revolutionary soft kybun mat was the first thing to help him. His pain has vanished completely since he began practising on the soft, springy surface. The secret of the Swiss innovation is that you need to constantly keep moving when standing on the kyBounder, which trains muscles, releases tension and prevents poor posture.
