kybun Opinions
What does the specialist for orthopaedics and trauma surgery have to say about the kybun concept?
Dr. med. Sabine Bleuel, orthopaedist, trauma, hand and foot surgeon
The impact to my ankle was cushioned. This gave my ankle more protection, which improved my recovery.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help! kybun shoes have been a tremendous help to me on my path to recovery and I am extremely grateful for your support.
Tatjana Stiffler Swiss cross-country skiing
I thought that was a good thing. I can't imagine it won't help. It was pointed out to me that they weren’t hard on the bottom. I suppose it’s just logical that that would make things better. Improvement is practically a given with this padding underneath.
Christine Muchenberger from Switzerland
The most astounding thing with my patient was that she was practically pain-free within a week. This is enough to suggest that the success is a result of wearing the kyBoot. She wasn’t in pain anymore, she was able to move more easily and her movements were more symmetrical again. We were able to focus on the actual problem again, which was essentially getting her knee joint to work properly – the reason that she actually came to me in the first place.

I have to regain a lot of strength. It’ll take time, and I have to give myself that time. Wearing these shoes gives me confidence, because I notice that I can move again. That helps me trust my body again. I’m now getting feedback again from my body that I’m doing well. I want to do it, and I’ll give myself as much time as I need to get better.
Rosalba Jäggi from Switzerland
It helps a lot, as we have seen in recent years in rehabilitation with physiotherapy, and as Simon Storm explained. It also does a great deal in terms of prevention and treatment for worn-out joints. So I find it areally good idea, one which certainly has a future, and which has already been confirmed and no longer has to prove itself.
Andreas Bischof from Switzerland
Since I started to use the kybun shoe two years ago, I have much less pain in my feet, quicker recuperation after working out and less stiffness in my backside. Considering that I work out 7-8 times a week the shoes offers a good complement for recovering. According to me, a good shoe for shop staff.

At the start you feel a little bit like a kangaroo or something… because they're springy. But over time you easily get used to them; very comfortable. Above all I notice it after a long day at work; they revitalise you. Your feet are not too heavyand after sport or something it's more comfortable to walk.
