Special kybun exercises for the kybun mat

The kybun mat loosening exercises for the office and for everyday life can prevent physical pain and initial reactions. They can also alleviate existing problems when performed alongside other forms of therapy.
  • During fast movements, such as bouncing and jogging, minor muscle impulses pass through the body and relax the musculature. During slow movements, the core musculature is activated and trained, and coordination skills improved.

  • We recommend alternating between fast and slow movements at intervals of approx. 15–30 seconds. The goal of this alternation is to break non-physiological movement habits and improve posture.

  • The exercises can be performed at any time of day, consciously or during other activities, and thus allow you to do something positive for your body while getting work done at the same time.
