Jogging is a form of endurance training that increases physical stamina and the efficiency of your body. It also strengthens the cardiovascular system.
High demands on the body
Jogging puts a tremendous physical strain on your body and this takes some time to get used to. Jogging in normal running shoes on hard surfaces can damage tendons, ligaments and joints due to overstraining. kyBoot shoes can successfully counteract this. kyBoot shoes are perfectly suited for running thanks to their soft, bouncy air-cushion soles.
Even more efficient: Micro-interval walking
We recommend kybun interval walking as a highly efficient training method. The intervals between walking slowly and ‘lightly floating’ last between 15 and 30 seconds.
This change in speed is not only fun, but also highly efficient:
The ‘lightly floating’ phase activates the cardiovascular system and relaxes your muscles.
The ‘walking slowly’ phase regenerates the cardiovascular system and trains your coordination (small muscles). The slower you move, the better, because this way, you rest for a longer period of time on one foot while wearing the flexible, soft, bouncy kyBoot shoes.
Sport without pain
We are certain that there is no healthier exercise that benefits the entire body than micro-interval walking. It is important that you only float lightly for approximately 15 seconds and walk slowly until your pulse has sufficiently recovered. This creates the optimum conditions for burning fat.

In the beginning, I tried doing exercises in the morning. Sometimes strengthening exercises, stretching exercises or movement exercises. Then I thought of going jogging because that’s something I used to do a lot. But I was unable to incorporate it into my daily routine. It took up too much time. Then I came across kybun and stood on the kyBounder, stood on a soft surface and went walking in kyBoot shoes. That’s when it became possible to incorporate exercise into my daily routine, above all into my daily routine at work. I no longer need to take painkillers. I wouldn’t start taking them now either. There’s no need. I feel like my back is really healthy, and I don’t have any pain. I can lift things and travel between 40,000 and 45,000 kilometres every year. I know this isn’t good for me. I also need to lift a lot at work, but I don’t have any problems anymore.
I notice that I'm deliberately moving differently. A bit more gently and better. I'm a housewife; I don't go jogging, but mopping is my exercise, and that's my jogging, really. I bend my knees a lot doing it, and I think the kyBoot helps a lot with that. The shoes help me get it done. They're almost like slightly larger trainers.
I wear these shoes every day and they simply go on and on and on – and it's amazing how they don't get worn out, these kyBoot. They are comfortable, not like hard shoes. Your feet aren't tired out in the evening: you feel rested and can go out jogging again in the evening. Simply a great product!
